In such cases processing is necessary for the purposes of preventive or occupational medicine, for the assessment of the working capacity of the employee, medical diagnosis, or treatment or the management of health. In other cases, legal basis is usually user consent. User gives us consent when booking an Appointment. Users and third persons are asked when accessing our web page to accept use of cookies. In some limited amount it is inevitable to collect minor data via cookies even when the user or third person does not accept the collection. However, such data is not processed in any way.

All of our co-operation institutions signed a contract to protect the privacy of our users. Also, all of our employees have committed to keep all personal data as business secrets.
8. Time period of storing your personal data
We collect and store your personal data only for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or prescribed in mandatory laws and for the period of time necessary to fulfil the respective purposes. Therefore, we delete your personal data immediately we receive your deletion request, immediately when the contractual relationship has ended or once our legal obligations pertaining to data collection have expired, i.e. immediately after we do not receive your consent for collecting your data. Please note that some personal data we are obliged by law to keep and in such case if you send us a request to delete it, we will inform you we cannot.
Any personal data collected for therapy purposes we are obliged to keep for at least 10 years. Any personal data collected by your consent we keep as long as you don't revoke your consent. Your billing information must be kept at least 11 years.
